The latest sightings we have seen in Hluhluwe Umfolozi Game Reserve.
At present the reserve is experiencing winter conditions however not as chilly as other areas in South Africa.
Winter temperature daily are around 22 degrees, Early morning and late afternoon the temperature. The weather changes fast,
the due drops, and jackets are needed.
The last week has been very exciting with many awesome sightings, Monday through too Saturday Lions where witnessed each day including newly born cubs. Cheetah, Wild Dogs, Buffalo and Elephants where also witnessed during the past week. White Rhino seen however no Black Rhinos where seen.
Each winter the reserve receives less rain and therefore a good note is to stay close to the rivers or watering holes as these areas remain the best vantage points. Hides within the reserve have also been good areas as water still remains their.
